Doodly doo

Just a doodle I did the other night while playing around with my watercolor pencils and markers.
I think this would look cute on some notebooks or journals like this one I played with in Photoshop:  
I wonder where I could have this done?

    Are there any resources on flying lessons about how to get that stuff on a notebook? Licensing companies spring to mind!
